Complete Skilled Recruiter Workshop

An end-to-end full spectrum workshop for recruiters.

Fully grounded in a structured, logical framework: from definitions & terminology to client & account management, all about candidates, operational excellence, planning & goal setting, compliance/legal issues, the importance of KPIs, mastering internal politics etc.

However, only 30% of the class is conducted in a typical input session classroom setting.

70% is hands-on simulated "on the job" learning.

The majority of the workshop is held inside a hands-on learning simulation game, an industry first, run by the facilitator. Please see here for details of the game.

In this simulator, delegates will be breaking into new clients, sourcing candidates, pitching jobs & closing candidates, negotiating contract rates, sharing resources and most importantly, solving hundreds of real life problems in the form of event (client, candidate, internal and knowledge base) cards that are scattered throughout the gameplay.

The goal of this simulation is to learn to : manage resources, craft solutions, and incite others to action.

OJT without careful planning and oversight, is full of risk.

We have developed a fun, but realistic simulative environment where students can try new skills, sharpen current ones, close deals, lose deals, win and more importantly, fail safely without losing any real money or damaging your company’s image.

The workshop can be 2 or 3 weeks intensive. The workshop is run 3 days a week. We have a full workshop contents description, agendas, educational design document that we can share with interested buyers.
