Journey
In 2007 I started a company that offers contract-based outsourcing and recruitment services for various clients in Tokyo,Smart Partners KK. As I grew that business, I also made time for my passion for learning and helping others to perform and have been training recruiters and advising recruitment firms ever since.
Over the past decade I have worked with dozens of recruitment firms on internal projects and have helped hundreds of recruiters become experts in recruiting, close more deals and earn bigger commissions.
The greatest reward I get in training others and helping them overcome their challenges, is that phone call or email telling me about their huge placement commission or their newest addition to their ever-growing list of onsite contractors.
Ready to listen.
After working with dozens of recruitment firms in Tokyo, we know that asking for help, and exposing issues with an outsider is an uncomfortable experience.
After more than a decade of delivering confidential services, we have earned our trustworthy market reputation.
